| I took a couple pics, can't get them to upload. Looks like a linear actuator might work/fit.
My uncle spent a couple hours taking apart and reassembling the old motor and got it working! ( it would have been cheaper to buy a new one, but he is loathe to spend anything.....and of course, his time is worth nothing. Anyway, we re-taped about a mile of wire and it seems to be working. Thanks for your ideas. I now have a part number and an idea of what else might work. I think I owe you a cold one!
