North East Texas		Main thing for me is a clean diet of protein, AG1 for vitamin supplementation, and water/coffee. If I breakdown and eat a lot of sugar or drink alcohol my neck and joint pain flares up.

Helps too that I don’t spend as much time in a tractor seat as I use to. Pretty sure I also had a neck injury from high school football that doesn’t help. I’ve yet to get an MRI to confirm it though.

I just recently used some CBD salve that had been in the cabinet for who knows how long and wow does that stuff work good! Will totally eliminate aches and pains within a couple minutes.

Will also add I lost 30 lbs with the diet change and am back where I was in high school. Might carry an extra 7-10 lbs vs high school but I think it’s just more muscle on my frame. If your out of shape please consider diet and exercise, you will not regret it.
