But, wills at some point are public (maybe depends on the state).
Doing genealogy, I was able to find a copy of grandpas will from the 1970s through a genealogy site.
A later version and grandma's will were not available. I suspect a visit to the court house could supply that.
Anything like this is available at a local court house and a copy fee with some restrictions I think. | |
