I visit a chiropractor probably on average 10-14 times a year. So about once a month on average. I have a tight/stiff back and neck, but I can usually get my back or my wife can help. But my neck I can’t get myself without the chiro. He’s offered some pump deal you wrap around your neck to try before I buy and it didn’t help. I used to work with a fella who had neck surgery but he said after he did that his DR said he could never had a neck “manipulation” by a chiro again.

I’ve been to 3 different chiropractors and they all offer immediate relief but nothing past a few days and it builds again. It’s probably bothered me 15 years or so. I did some physical therapy 10 years ago and it didn’t help.

Any ideas? (No I haven’t been to my family DR in a while, have an appointment in Dec and will bring it up then too)
