My back and knee as well as other general joint pains (in one finger particularly) went away after cutting out the same things as you said four years ago. My neck is still stiff and have trouble turning around as far as I used to though, LOL.

I changed diet to lose weight. But a whole host of other health improvements happened even before I lost much weight. Hard to believe what we put in our mouth can make that much difference.
