| You must work in the media because you are a master at twisting words. I never said anything about the virtues of Russia. I never said anything about thinking Russia should own Ukraine. You try to discredit what I said by implying that it came from truth social. I don’t use that app.
Zelensky dismantled the political parties that oppose his rule since the war started. That doesn’t mean that all the people in these political parties ended up dead or in jail as political prisoners like some did but they have been driven underground and can no longer publicly contest his rule without persecution.
Your link stated exactly what I stated in that Russian based orthodox religions are now illegal.
To answer your question of course Ukraine has a right to its sovereignty. There are indications the Ukrainian people lost their true independence in 2014 through a foreign induced regime change. What the actual truth is is unknown to both of us even though we both have strong opinions.
Basically what I did say is that the Ukraine is not a bastion of democracy. That is actually what triggered you. Your defence is a false claim that there has to be a good and a bad side of this war. The truth might be that neither side is good. The difference between us is that I can acknowledge that both sides are corrupt and, despite your assumptions, I don’t actually have a side as described in the media. I am simply against any and all corruption and I see it existing on both sides. You were triggered at the thought that the side you support is corrupt, I did not. I agree with your assessment of Putin.
Now, a simple question for you. Do you agree that Zelensky is also corrupt?
Edit to add: Also, do you agree that foreign entities like
Blackrock should not be taking away the sovereignty of Ukraine by taking advantage of Ukrainian farmers and buying their land when they are in the middle of fighting a war?
