When the OP says it's held at a country club, what would make you think the school is right next door? ASS-U-ME, gets us all, at some point in time.
OP mentions using early varieties, but doesn't say wether the whole field is planted to the early variety, or just the area for parking. No idea if the rest of the beans would be ready or not, based on the information given. No idea if the 5 acres of beans harvested is a full load for the OP, but it matters not to the discussion. It's his field, his crop. He can harvest it when, how, and what moisture he wants.
"Here," doesn't apply there, many times. There are country clubs that are in the country.
