West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | So there is no need for more parking other than this one school or other community events? I find that hard to believe. A paved lot can be used for other community events as well. At least that's what happens here.
edit...our school district bought the entire 80 back in the 70's, the district has about 10 acres left to expand on. The facility sure has changed over the years.
