I prob do the chiro thing about as often as you. It really helps. Lately I have noticed that diet really effects my body aches. Stay away from vegetable oils as they have linoleic acid that causes inflamation and therfore body aches. Your trigger could be something else like sugar. I generally try to use coconut oil and seem to do well on that.

Fish oil is supposed to be great to help inflamation but i have had mixed results with it.

Another thought is lyme disease and stiff neck are very common. Its my number one first indication i have ate something i should not have.
