I got great treatment from physical therapy. It was more like massage therapy sorta. Realigning and releasing pressure points. Big thing was, they taught me stretches to get things back where they should be. When my neck gets sore and stiff, I do the stretches and can feel/hear things getting back in line. I went weekly for a month or so and my range of motion improved greatly and I didn't have to keep going back. Very happy with Choice Therapy in Bemidji, MN.
