north central Ohio		I know as I get older I have to be real careful how I use pillows at night or my neck shoulder head area will give me headaches and knots. Used to use two pillows now use one and use it sparingly and has helped greatly. Even how you position my legs makes a huge difference. Is there a position that you hold that you might not even realize that could be causing some of the aggravation?
