| Been a lot more yammering about I state drought on here all year coming out of places like the Dakota's, Kansas, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Joe's mom's basement. Build the straw man "everyone is saying...." then come back and tear them down.
The truth has been reported for those who know how to comprehend. Here is the reality...I states were dry in June. It rained in July. I states will be fine
Edit to add. Not started yet. It will be close to average, but just under. High confidence in that assessment..
