Central Illinois		About 10 years my neck was stiff with a headache. Nothing helped until I had physical therapy for several weeks and I saw my chiropractor about an hour after a therapy session. The problem was not in my neck but in the upper thoracic somewhere between T4 - T6. Once the manipulation occurred I had instant relief. The therapy consisted of stretching, tens, ice then heat, pain meds, muscle relaxants and other treatments I have forgotten. I hope and pray you get relief.
