Nw Iowa | It would only affect guys over so much earnings and under a certain amount of subsidized premium. Young guys would be winner unless they are farming over 2000 acres here. The thing that makes big time operators really hum is crop insurance. It insures bankers on large operations that they will get their money back. It is not rocket science. It will never go down as this senator says but would be a boon to young farmers
