I have no idea what it means or the purpose behind it but when we were in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge last month it was "jeep week." Jeeps and ducks of all kinds were everywhere. One guy had a huge duck strapped to the top of his Jeep. I'm pretty sure it was tall enough that he would not have been able to go through a drive through. Never did figure out the duck thing.
