Yes.
If you have enough rainfall to help, they are not so evident, but the pivots with drops around here look like that too.
If you want a good view, get a drone to take a picture. Most fields around here with drops have a definite bullseye pattern this year. On a normal or wetter than average year, you might not be able to see it.
