northwest Missouri | Lot of land would go back to share crop. Best farmer wins out on that. Not the guy who is willing to pay top dollar and scam crop insurance with their optional units. I’m not necessarily young but i can’t compete with established guys in a new county. I get T Yield although my yields in my home 2 counties are significantly better and the established guys have 30 years of yield history. Granted this works the same way for everyone. The young guy doesn’t have the insurance guarantee to compete buying land or cash rent game. There would be a land price correction and it would suck for a few years.
