Scranton | Crop insurance is a pretty good bang for the buck, governmentally speaking. SOOO many other areas that could be cut marginally and save much more money.
Just for instance, our local county seat continues to get grants to fix up old buildings and streets. Not sure where all the money comes from but certainly most of it trickles down from the feds. If every smaller town is getting similar money across the country, its gotta be a whopper of a fund.
