NW Missouri | $35 if you qualify for the good buddy discount and the running is good. $40 if the running is crappy or you are a PITA. That gets it into the truck or the bin. Maps are included because I give my memory card to my precision guy who writes the variable rate Rxs for me and he can print your maps off in a matter of seconds while he's printing mine. But if you actually want to use the data and not just get a map, that's between you and him.
Also, this is just a few smaller custom jobs to help justify the combine, most of which do qualify for the good buddy discount. I'm not out there looking for more custom work.
