Looking at strip tilling fertilizer in for the first time this fall. This will be on bean ground going into corn next year. Thinking about putting some MESZ down. Is that a waste, i.e. will all of that nitrogen be gone by next spring? Soil tests call for 167 lbs/ac N, 88 lbs/ac P, 57 lbs/ac K, and 19 lbs/ac sulfur outside of the in furrow fert at planting to meet yield goals. Central Ohio.
