Check out the discharge beater for sure. Always best to pop the belt off it and run combine, then you know right away your at the right spot. Blow the beater out until clean. That said it could be nervous things, could be the u-joint at the 90 degree gearbox on the primary counter shaft. Could be a belt etc..
