Not a unique issue Mike. Any truck will have issue starting on E85 on a cold day. The simple fix is changing the stock spark plugs to a higher end plug. E85 is harder to ignite and requires a quality spark. I've heard of this issues with several flex fuel vehicles, not brand specific.
