Subject: Corn maturities

West central Ohio
I'm hoping I can put my thoughts into text on this and make sense. We generally plant 105-112 day varieties. Due to double cropping about half of our intended silage acres (chop wheat off in spring then plant corn) our silage harvest is often spread out in two halves, three to five weeks apart. My question is, if a longer maturity (120 days) were planted in early to mid may and our typical 110ish were planted early June, how much would that narrow up our silage harvest?
