EC SoDak | Good soils, generally my avg moisture levels+some sub moisture are what is needed to grow 180+ bu corn depending on soil type, I tend to cool down more at night than out east I’d suspect, etc. the last few years have been varying levels of dry to very dry, so you get a feel for what is needed to grow different yields. This year yields are down quite a bit it appears, the small area that caught the extra rain may be somewhat close to aph though.
