There have been some glitches in Facebook's operation, more so recently.  They seem to actually be trying to cut back on spam but the triggers get tripped too easily by legitimate users. 

Remember, their community isn't necessarily your community.  For instance animals.  A lot of people get away with it for a while, but buying or selling any animal or animal product violate Community Standards.  Giving away kittens will get your hand smacked.  Selling freezer beef?  You might cause some vegan to have heart failure.

I got involved in Facebook many many years ago to keep up with the kids in my Jr High Sunday School class.  Things have changed.  Not necessarily improved.
