70 year old neighbor had been using reading glasses for 20 years. He was always losing/breaking them. He went on keto diet/lifestyle a couple years ago and soon didn’t need his reading glasses, and hasn’t needed them since. Seemed bizarre. Elevated blood sugar increases far sightedness, according to my eye doctor. Honest to God true story.
