| Yes it does have electric lift. Good to know about the seat. I’ll have to get a new one someday.
My FIL has a 212 and the styling is virtually identical but it has hydraulic lift. Our mower is 36”. I’m not sure if his is any wider. His tiller is wider for sure.
Edit to add: Oh and that nice plastic on yours for tightening the belt has been replaced with a home made metal handle on ours. I think the demise on ours started when I was mowing lawn much earlier than I likely should have been and ran straight into our machine shed. I still remember running to the house to get help while the back tires were spinning away because I didn’t know what to do. I know one side of that handle was broken for many years before the other side broke. I highly suspect it was my fault. Lol
