N FLA | Wife and I are looking for a house and planning to sell ours. It appears that all the sellers have priced their homes at "the next level" and it's stagnant. Everyone thinks their property is worth X$ because the competitors are priced at this high level.
I told my wife our neighbor bought his house in 2006 and sold it in 2019 for less. And it was a well cared for home. Now it's probably up $100k from 2019. I told her I hope she's prepared or comfortable with similar results as that 13 year period. | |
