I'm absolutely no help for your issue, but over 45 years ago my uncle told my dad if he kept his glasses on his head where they belonged, he would never lose them. That was after he cleaned out the cattle truck wi9th a stock rack and found them smashed to pieces inside a soft pocket-sized carrying case......... trampled by several loads of cattle walking on them. I have always followed my uncles advise and haven't lost a pair yet in those 40 years of having them. (not yet anyway)
Here I am talking all smart and cocky and then I realize NO ONE WRECKS more glasses than my 9-year-old grandson......
