ottertail co mn | Lady came in to the store today 25 years of working mortgages, it’s dead and hard to get people to qualify. First time she has hated her job and is retiring before first of the year. She said there is not enough inventory to even sell also for new loans to process. Interest was not the leading factor on loans shea processes, but I would make an educated guess that no one is really looking with for most new buyers is high interest.
Her son is a realtor and starts his new job Monday, quitting real estate.
How many other stories out there like this
Seems most people are pretty content that come into the store though. Help wanted is still around but not like a year ago. | |
