The OP said his contract specified that no glyphosate be used, So, no matter what the label says, I'd think the contract overrides the label.
So, either a buyer needs to be located that will take them, or if they make germ and are clean disease wise, they could likely be used as seed next year.
I've had different contracts that are pretty clear on production practices. Depending on the situation, there's not much wiggle room sometimes. | |
