My soybeans won't be ready for 10-14 days. No cover crop is going to grow much with highs in the 50s and lows below freezing in less than a month.... Plus there's very little moisture to germinate cc seed.
It all looks good on paper, executing in the real world is the tricky part. Kind of like humans flying, one just needs to throw oneself at the ground and miss.
