Probably wouldn't hurt to clean the condensor like others are saying..............but it certainly sounds like you're high on your charge. I suppose a little over 200 on the high and 30 on the low is normal. But I usually only put enough in to keep the compressor locked in. And that usually happens when the low side will stay pretty much above 20 psi. That way the high side will run as low as possible to keep down leak problems. Most of my systems run in that 200/20 range. Any less and the compressor cycles too much. Any more and the system doesn't cool better anyway. Too much, like your numbers, and it works way worse and is close to blowing lines and seals.
