swohio | Tom and Mike and anyone else who does plots with covers, thank you. Non stop learning. Going to see here shortly about what leaving cereal grow too long this spring did good or bad, I do know that my corn that was planted green in some spot sure looked the worse I've ever seen, but with a lot of rain in July and timely ones in August it sure looks good now, I do think some of it did get hurt but combine will tell. Beans planted green with zero moisture and then getting enough rain to get them up and going look great but a September with almost no rain is going to keep that seed size down. I was saved with July and August rains. I learned a lot again this year, keep up you guys efforts, they are people who do appreciate all the work. | |
