Can you harvest and use for seed next year/coming years?
Going to be very hard to find a market to accept them if not labeled for glyphosate, so I would bite the bullet and call insurance. If they total it out you can plow it under to capture some of the nutrients left in the plants/seeds.
Put feelers out to your local cattle farmers and see if they'd want them to blend in their feed rations?
