Feed them to cows.
You would have to be quite careful doing this to keep the percentage of beans low in the ration or the animals would bloat. Neighbour tried feeding edible bean splits to his feeders. Turned more than one into dog food.
If the beans could be cooked or roasted it would likely make them quite a bit more palatable.
