If the custom guy made a mistake, it’s on him. If farmer told him to apply glyphosate then it’s on farmer. If the farmer sprayed himself without checking allowable chems it’s his mistake. I’m not familiar with all edible beans but any we’ve dealt with there is no glyphosate allowed in crop.
