Blending/selling them off knowing they will not accept rdp treated beans is a big no no imo. The whole integrity of the system relies on the proper application and harvest intervals and when you start this kind of activity it’s inviting trouble. If you can’t find a buyer that will knowingly accept the beans I’d be dealing with the applicators insurance company and destroying the crop. If you sprayed it that is a very expensive lesson.
