North Central Texas | 1500ac south of my house with another 1500 being added now. $1200 a year for 40 years, I don't blame them. 80 bu corn is a big yield. Further west we have a few 100 acres coming out of a ranch that might get panels. It will be part of the states largest farm at 10,000 acres. nothing lost on that 200 because it's rock and brush. Neighbors 20 miles away from that have 4000 acres under construction but will be built high for grazing sheep. | |
