King City, Mo
Amazon has changed things.

The policy of this is defective, just trash and here is another one or refund breeds scammers. Saw an article where 30% of the price is to cover returns ect on amazon.

On the flipside as a business dealing with the public some people you cannot please.

80% of your problemsCome from 20% of your customers.

80% of your profits come from
20% of your customers.

I didnt believe that years ago but do now. Some are just a pita to work with your better to let them go.

As a consumer we have had junk from amazon and sams take more time with people who cant speak midwest english then what the product was worth.

We have had 2 new freezers die in the last 2 years. Medea and a whirlpool gold and the extended warrenty was better then the factory warrenty. I will never buy a whirlpool freezer again as the factory techs are 90-100miles away and dont wanna come up here. So its kinda hard to just take it to another dealer when there isnt one.

On a Polaris im sure there is another dealer to go to.

I had a 800efi or 850efi sportsman catch on fire in the belt case while under warrenty around 08-2010 and polaris wouldn't stand behind it. Sold it on CL and went without till 2015 and got a 900xp ranger that has been near perfect and also got a 2020 1000xp ranger crew that has been pretty trouble free.

Dad had issues with new deere stuff in the early 90’s and the dealer, ended up calling deere corporate and district man. Got moved to another dealer and stiff was fixed quick. Deere corporate asked to record phone call with dad and sometime after the dealer was shut down. I dont know what else was going on with the dealership. Few years ago deere took the dealership away from the one who took care of us as they weren't a chain store anddodnt keep new equipment on the lot. So Deere’s focus has changed for the stockholder and worse for the farmer.
