Aren't those 4 strokes heavy. Tougher for an old guy to get out.
I'd go with the Ski Doo 600 2 stroke. Ride is good, plus i'll bet he will want to go a little faster than 50 once he gets on it. Rode mine for a decade and 4000 miles with few problems. Its still running. And they are affordable new.
