SE Arkansas | Even though Hedge Funds are still substantially Long Soybeans, judging from the Commercial Positioning, half of the Soybean Production has already been sold by Farmers. Most of my Friends sold half of theirs before planting. We are on the tail end of Soybean harvest down here and most are going to sell the rest very quickly to pay off high interest rate debt. I expect the Soybean Crop to get smaller, so a pretty Bullish Setup. It may take more time for a bottom, especially with the Mississippi River and Panama Canal problems. | |
