I expect there will be a few who are drawn by the convenience of a charger, whether it's free or reasonably priced. $45 bucks / night might send me looking for cheaper though. Most would not care, one way or the other. Some would undoubtedly avoid such places for fear that "green" germs would contaminate them or their offspring**.
