Don't know the details, but- I sure wouldn't be interested in converting it back to anything. Looks much more attractive ROI/investment wise than does a lot of farmland at current prices.
Must be some issues somewhere.........
Road tracks like this are not a good investment at all. They almost all lose money and are owned as a wealthy person’s hobby or used for a tax dodge. This is well known, and the prime reason you see them for sale so often, or closed and abandoned.
Not to mention ridiculous insurance rates and neighbors who hate you.
