it's not uncommon in small business. I have a small business and there are some customers that I purposely won't return there calls because I've done business with them in the past and they weren't what I'd consider good to work for or with. I'm sure you ask a lot of small business people and you'll be surprised. when I'm booked up for a long time and am always busy last thing I need to do is take on something with someone I know is a horses ass and hard to deal .with. Some people you just dont want to do business with
I can understand that.
Warranty work, future issues for the rest of the warranty, does gum the situation up some tho. That is a contract and someone has to live up to that. Both the manufacturer and the retailer took on that obligation, I question being able to just say no we don’t want to any more because we don’t like you.
