Sounds like they made a grave mistake servicing/repairing your machine and something didn’t give yet. I wouldn’t be surprised if you have something wrong somewhere and they’re afraid to admit.
But I hope this isn’t your issues, but that would be my first guess as a Polaris owner. Usually they let me inside their shop when serving mine. Even tho they don’t allow customers in the service area.
