| If you’re not in the wrong, I’d call Polaris and tell the situation to them. Most likely they will sort it out.
I’m more of a cut and run guy myself. But we had a situation where my youngest got a Kawasaki electrode for Christmas. It quit before the battery went dead the first time. Took to dealer and they fixed it. Quit again in less than 2 weeks. Dealer told us warranty was out and they could fix it for $100. Wife gets mad and calls Kawasaki, they inform her there is a recall on the throttle part that keeps going out. She tells them dealer doesn’t know an D they call dealer and take care of it. It’s run fine since.
They called me a few months later because I was up to the top or the list for new mule pro, I told them never mind after that service experience, like I’m going to spend 20k when you can’t take care of a $1000 electric bike for me.
I pretty much get bad service everywhere I go. So I try to do all my own repairs. Tire shop fixed a flat last week, I plowed 13 acres and it went flat again. I called the guy told him and he said let him know if I wanted him to come back out. I’ve been meaning to take it off and see why it’s flat again and decide if I’m gonna pay bill or raise a ruckus. He booted a side wall crack and installed a new tube, maybe there’s another crack that pinched the tube? If it was more tire shop I’d have been right back there to fix it. Guy probably wasn’t even back to town when I called. Had my 21 gmc in the shop for new belts last week. Got it home and it was puking antifreeze all in my driveway. Tightened up all the hose clamps on radiator an d added half gallon of coolant and it was good. | |
