I bet they grade or roll it smooth enough and just fly it out. Besides, is this one of the jets the Ruski's decided not to pay for a few years back? Most jets at airlines are leased. When they stiffed airbus, you can bet your farm they are not going to be very helpful with any service calls.

I do have a handful of pilot friends that have been known to say "If it flew in, it can fly back out". Not always true of course.
