SW Michigan | I called to schedule service work for my '22 Polaris Ranger 570 today. The service guy informed me that he and the manager and the owner of the dealership have decided that they don't want to do any more service work on our machine and that they don't want us to bring it in again.
I bought the machine new last year with an extended warranty. I've already paid them several grand in non-warranty work. I always paid promptly and didn't think I was unreasonably obnoxious about it.
Here's where I've talked about our experience before.
Has anyone else's dealership divorced them?
How is this in their best interest?
I didn't know what to say, I just had to laugh until he hung up.
