N MO | Wife and I go a couple times a year and book in her Boarding House.
Pizza place is great and they redid the mercantile. Lodge is a must see.
I enjoy going the back way through the tall grass prairie reserve. If cool generally see bison or grass calves that are running on leased grass.
Several small shops now and there is a lot of history in the area.
It’s generally on a trip through. A first timer can spend a day there but it is just our little get away. | |
